Website & order privacy

When you send an order request, E4tech receives your chosen product, quantity, name, phone number, delivery address, PIN code and any optional email address or notes you provide.

How we use your details

We use this information to answer your request, check product compatibility, confirm availability and pricing, and discuss delivery. Sending a request does not subscribe you to marketing.

How your request is sent

The form uses FormSubmit to process and email the request to E4tech at onewaykerala@gmail.com. FormSubmit processes the submission according to its privacy policy. See FormSubmit’s privacy policy.

Website measurement

E4tech uses Meta Pixel to measure page visits and submitted order requests, and understand advertising performance. Meta may receive the visited page URL, browser and device information, and information from cookies, depending on browser settings. For a submitted order request, the configured Purchase event includes the product reference, quantity, listed product subtotal in INR and a request reference. This event represents an order request, not a confirmed payment. Your name, phone number, delivery address and notes are not passed in these configured events. Learn more in Meta’s privacy policy.
